August 2012: we start recording the new album!
Finally, after years spent in preparing the new songs, with technical and time-wasting problems, we set-up the new 24 bit digital recording system. During June and July we searched for 'our' sound and in these days we start recording the new album.


December 2004: We are writing new songs.
Website has not been recently updated, because... after summer shows we have been focused on new music and songwriting. September 2004: Prog collaboration
Fabio Venturini joins Fabio Zuffanti to play lead guitar on Aries project.

2nd July 2004: ANCESTRY LIVE in La Spezia
on July 2nd 2004, one year after "Discendenze" release, ANCESTRY live solo performance in our town! Start 21.15 in Sant'Agostino sq., open bar & shops.

Still working on presets and sound recalling :-/ Ancestry in the mean time are working on new tracks, searching for new ideas and arranging old spare tunes and unreleased tracks.

Fabrizio in serious troubles with a synth! Damage repaired, but all presets lost: a lot of work to do...
JUNE 2003
Ancestry played live at Pinetina (SP) 13th of June, friday.
MAY 2003
Ancestry special guests at Radio Popolare: interview, airplay and comments during "From Genesis to Revelation" radio show last 26th of May. Ancestry performed live in Bergamo (with Tilion, special guest Vincenzo Zitello) 10th of May, saturday, Teatro Astra - Calcio (BG).
APRIL 2003
Ancestry played live at Hot Ice Pub in Boville Ernica (FR) last 12th April, saturday during "In Prog" review.
